Opening for SOX Consultant for SOX 404 Projects - Team Member, Location Chennai.
Job Responsibilities:
· Deep understanding of financial controls, process analysis and assessment of risk
· Strong preference for CIA/CA or equivalent certification with SOX experience of 1 or 2 years.
· Specific awareness of control frameworks, control objectives and control activities
· Ability to extract and synthesize information
· Some experience with process mapping
· Strong audit experience preferable
· Knowledge in MS office and MS Visio
Non-Technical skills and experience:
· Strong interpersonal skills
· A track record for high quality, on-time delivery
· Ability to multi-task
· Bring challenge to reviews whilst retaining constructive engagement
