Position : Solution Architect
Experience: 6 - 9 yrs
Location: Noida
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech; M.E/M.Tech; MCA
Technical Skills:
R&D Experience in Advanced Technology of around 3-4 years.
Having knowledge of setting up CMM / CMMi or any other quality process. Hands on not essential.
Worked and interacted with clients directly - preferable overseas clients in US or UK.
Desired work experience in Java technology as a programmer, tech lead or Jr. Architect. Preferably in Product Development Company.
Desired experience of application domain knowledge in any industry - preferable finance or patent but opens to work in different domains.
Excellent soft skills - communication, go getter attitude, motivated person, people’s person and someone who is willing to take ownership and responsibility.
Knowledge of Core Java, J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB), Hibernate, Spring, Struts, Jboss, Tomcat, Mysql, Junit, XML, XSL etc.
Should have exposure to design phase & UML pattern. Experience of atleast 5-7 full SDLC.
Soft Skills Required:
Should be willing to work outside of normal business hours.
Should be open to learning.
Must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for customer satisfaction in technological solutions.
Team management and able to provide technical leadership
Timely escalation, issue and risk management.
Sound in Open Source Tools and Technologies.
Responsible for timely delivery and quality of delivery.
Able to manage multiple projects / assignments for the clients.
Responsible for meeting the delivery commitments w.r.t. Quality.
Will be responsible for all development, operations, mgmt, customer service, procurement, planning, strategies etc.
Proven ability to effectively manage.
