Project Lead – Audit & Compliance

Perform a support role in managing overall audit and compliance requirements for Transportation Systems with dotted line reporting to both the TS SOX Lead and the Turbo PP&C Lead.
 
Job Description:
Responsible! for tracking SOX Compliance and SEI CMMi Compliance across Transportation Systems/ Turbo Technologies (HTT) - IT projects.
 

• Establish and maintain an internal audit calendar for IT projects across HTT;
  
• Work with supervisors to develop and maintain audit checklists for CMMi and SOX compliance;
  
• Conduct offline and online audits of CMMi project documentation, SOX IT testing, and interviews with IT Project Managers using appropriate checklists.  Communicate report out of audit results to Project Teams/IT Effectiveness, including Non-Compliance and Corrective Actions detail and schedule;
  
  • Provide completed IT SOX testing narratives in the areas of system implementation, change management, batch processing, application security (including SAP Basis)
    
  • Work with internal resources to coordinate internal testing activities
    
  • Potentially work with external auditors as liaison during externa! l testing activities
    
• Track Non-Complia! nce (NC) and Corrective Actions identified during compliance audits and establish follow-up mechanism to ensure improvement and closure;
  
• Lead metrics collection and analysis efforts across TS:
  
  • Specifically, perform any manual effort required to gather metrics data to support monthly IT SCORECARD delivery.  Publish monthly presentation and facilitate monthly meeting with IT Leadership.

• Documentation (including SOX IT testing narratives)/Reporting of Audit Testing Results/Findings
  
• Monthly IT Scorecard (need to validate if this is still a requirement)
  
• Management Reporting.
  

 
Education:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in accounting or ! IT field – Background could be in auditing (IT auditing preferred, but financial auditing ok)/ Sarbanes Oxley auditing experience preferred/ SEI CMMI or other process related methodology/ overall process compliance/ quality assurance; Excellent communication skills; Team player, but can work independently; Six Sigma certifications a plus, but not required;
  

It really isn't technical testing in a code way; technical in an auditing kind of way
