Brief Job Outline:
The consultant will primarily work on following activities:
• Will primarily provide application support to client SAP landscape.
• Responsible for handling application related support activities. Work on Production support, issue handling, configuration and Bug fixing.
• Provide functional support for changes, enhancements, new developments and interfaces to the development team
• Assist Project lead in preparing Production Support plan and transition plan.
• Responsible for understanding the Application sc! ope and interface requirements to be supported and provide on going support to the client.
• Should actively participate in KT activities and understand the client business process.
• knowledge transfer to other members of the team
• Interact with Customer in identifying and resolving the production issues
EXP Level: Relevant level of exp for senior resource -4-6 years (minimum 3 full end to end life cycle implementation)
Relevant level of exp for senior resource -2.5-4 years (minimum 1 full end to end life cycle implementation)
Experience : 2.5 to 6 Year
Work Location: Chennai
