Please note the below mentioned role is not exact Job Profile but a brief of it since the JDs have not provided by the client and the Solution Designing Head himself will be discussing the same.

 

Location : Gurgaon, Jaipur, Bangalore and Pune.

 

Key responsibilities

 

Ø       Primary responsibility is that of managing operations across t for one of the most prestigious client account which deals with end to end transaction processing in the F&A management space

Ø       Direct reporting to the centre head and Client Ops head for Projects

Ø       Responsible for planning and executing the internal account plan for the client engagement

Ø       Responsible for delivery of all operations metrics on the rewards and credits program

Ø       Responsible for planning and delivery of revenue commits to management and driving new business development which will improve revenues in a given performance cycle

Ø       Responsible for career planning and people management

Ø       Responsible for managing the normalization of performance data for appraisals and to ensure compliance to normal curve

Ø       Direct interaction with client to ensure knowledge management, change management and customer satisfaction is delivered as per agreement
Responsible for budgeting and rollout of monthly/quarterly Rewards and Motivation program based on monthly/quarterly performance related metrics achieved by the direct reports

Ø       Responsible for client interfacing on all business and operations related initiatives

Ø       Independently manage revenues for the vertical

Ø       Responsible for managing potential client walk throughs and

Ø       To independently manage client visits

Ø       Consulting clients on their operating model strategy. Involves conducting analysis of client business and recommending solutions backed by robust economic modeling

Ø       Participating in business development activities. Interacting with clients to understand their requirements, building solutions and conducting negotiations.

Ø       Head a team of Senior consultants. Provide coaching, line management and mentoring to develop staff.

Ø       Program management of key client assignments. Responsibility for successful execution of client offshoring programs.

Ø       Developing organizational expertise in Asset Management and Custody lines of business.

 

Responsibilities & Activities Description

 

1.       To work out on a continual basis a proactive approach to solution design issues and problems

2.       To respond to RFI and RFP received from the clients with an appropriate solution customized to client requirements

3.       To bring in process and technology best practices into the response

4.       To collaborate with other functions and managers in providing integrated solutions to customers

5.       To guide, train and develop his team so that they perform their jobs and roles as per expectations

6.       To ensure an appropriate focus on tools and methodologies relevant to the current and future business needs of the organisation

7.       To anchor site visits by clients so that the appropriate brand image and value of Infosys is conveyed to the clients

8.       To anchor / participate in client discovery engagement to assess current state of client operations and advise on the offshorability of the processes
