Criteria:Minimum of 3 years of total work experience
Requirement
1)Developers / Sr Developers
Basic Peoplesoft technical skills - Peopletools, App Engine, CI, Peoplecode - Should be comfortable in all and strong in at least 2 of the items listed
2)Module / Team / Project Leads
Senior technical consultants - We need people who are hand's-on and strong in all of the above skills... plus have the ability to perform design & code review/QA, independent client interaction
3)Peoplesoft HR Functional Consultants
Strong HR functional consultants with knowledge and skills in analysis, fit-gap, design, build and test phases of implementation/upgrade projects in Peoplesoft HR
4)Project Mgrs / Sr Project Mgrs
Strong Peoplesoft PM - should have worked extensively in the above 2 roles in their previous projects and have the ability to perform design & code reviews/QA in addition to handling teams and project management
Peoplesoft Admin / DBA Strong PS Admins/DBA (Oracle and/or DB2) - Should have worked in a PS Admin/DBA role and handled upgrades and/or complex client environments
