Opening for Manager-HR shared services

We have an immediate opening for Manager-HR shared services for one of the leading MNC.

Manager-HR Transactions Services Experience 7-8 Years
Responsibilities
•Develop and implement strategies to attain optimum results in processing accurately and customer satisfaction
•Ensure excellent customer service is achieved
•Drive consistency and accuracy to deliver on-time results
•Identify trends and process gaps
•Simplify processes and eliminate unnecessary steps
•Educate and develop associates for better performance
•Plan and guide development of departmental associates
•Ensure accurate measurement and reporting procedures are in place
•Engage HR partners (e.g., Legal, Associate Relations, Labor Relations, etc.) to ensure appropriate and efficient case resolution
•Actively participate in strategic business planning sessions
•Provide guidance, clarification and interpretation of company policy
•Proficient in HR database applications (PeopleSoft preferred) and Microsoft applications to resolve customer issues

Skill/Experience Requirements
•Sense of urgency with effective reaction to critical issues
•Proven record in productivity improvement
•Ability to act as change agent to support HR strategies
•Ability to build a successful, effective team
•Experience in developing associates
•Familiarity with employee records management, leave administration, wage administration, 401 K, unemployment claims, etc.
•Knowledge of company policy and employment law
•Thorough understanding of related technologies
•Ability to recognize and proactively resolve problems
•Commitment to quality
•7+ years combined experience in management, customer service, and human resources
•Graduate/Preferably Post Graduate in HR
•Preferably proficient in PeopleSoft
•In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employment laws
