1.Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2.Fluency in English is mandatory, both written and verbal
3.MANDATORY - Minimum of 1-2 full-lifecycle Infrastructure Transition / Project Management experience {PM skills with good understanding of PM lifecycle & associated nuances}
4.MANDATORY - Hands-on (1-2 years) experience on atleast one Infrastructure Technology
5.Good negotiation & client relationship management skills
6.Ability to organize and prioritize, tasks and issues independently
7.Ability to perform under pressure
8.Rated high on Stress & Conflict Management
9.Emotional control and ability to respond effectively in a crisis situation
Analytical Skills
10.Ability to work under time and workload pressures and to set deadlines
11.Willingness to work and communicate with individuals from different
culture/background
12.Willingness to travel frequently on short notice
13.Flexible to address business dynamics and challenges and therefore mould to the need of the situation
## Required
• Bachelor"s Degree in Information Technology
• ITIL Foundation Certified, PMP path trained
• PREFERABLE - PMP Certified, 6-Sigma Certified / Trained
• Minimum of 6-11 years work experience
