Position : Project Manager
Location : Gurgaon
OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
Managing client delivery teams of 50 Associate lawyers / Sr. Associates on specific legal processes. And can also handle at least 2-3 Team leaders. Implementing performance metrics in delivery, tracking them and managing team based on that. This is a responsible position involving client interaction, ensuring TQM.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Legal degree from a reputed law school and legal drafting expertise
6-8 years of experience
Minimum of 2-3 years of Legal Analysis, Research, Memorandum writing; Case summarising; Expertise in US/UK law (procedural/ substantive laws).
Good team player
Quick learner (this will be required because we encounter many different types of processes and the ability to learn such different processes at train-the-trainer sessions will be very important)
Excellent English communication (written and spoken) skills
Expertise with MS office applications including MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint
