Position 1: SAP CRM Consultant
Job Description
• At least 4 plus years in SAP ABAP programming with strong applied knowledge for the design, development and implementation of business processes and interfaces in SAP R/3 and SAP CRM, particularly with the SERVICE MODULE experience.
• Must have CRM BDoc and BSP development experience.
• Expertise in SAP workflows. Develop custom workflow to meet specific business requirements, formatting Emails content with dynamic URLs, investigation and troubleshooting of workflow problems. Knowledge of SAP Workflow builder and workflow wizards.
• Knowledge of CRM 2007 UI framework.
• Object oriented ABAP skills are desirable
• Ability to develop transport methodology that entails introducing CRM and MDM objects into existing landscape
• Experience in LSMW, EEWB,ALE/IDOC, BAPI/RFC, BADI, User exits, BDC, BDT
• Strong Knowledge of organization structure in SAP R/3 and SAP CRM is a MUST with exposure to SERVICE Module.
• Must be familiar with interface concepts using CRM middleware. Knowledge of CRM architecture & data model.
Exposure to modules SAP ERP modules will be a plus
• Good knowledge of SAP CRM business processes
• Experience with Smartform development
Position 2: SAP CRM Functional Consultant
Job Description:
Overall architecture, processes, functionality and CRM components.
Overall knowledge of the related CRM business processes,
functionality and CRM components. Service process knowledge is advantageous.
A minimum of five (5) years experience in the configuration,
delivery, and support of all SAP CRM processes and 3 full SAP CRM project life cycles of significant size, scope and complexity.
Involvement in SAP CRM opportunities as either overall lead or
solution lead/architect would be advantageous.
Strong communications skills and ability to communicate and
influence at all levels
