Job Description
Position: Finance Manager

Education: CA / ICWA

Experience: 6-8 years

Job Description:

• Report to Management on monthly financial performance and other related reports.
• Arrange to compile product cost data and report / advise the management on product costing / pricing.
• Report to Management on Inventory Management.
• Discuss with Head of Departments for their annual budget requirement / justification and consolidate the annual budget for review and approval at Head Office.
• Co-ordinate the activities of statutory audit/ Tax audit/Cost audit in consultation with Head Office and also the Internal Audit.
• Monitor the cash flow requirements of the division and arrange for necessary funds.
• Evolve and implement various systems circulars / procedures having financial / legal implications in consultation with Head Office wherever required.
• Evaluate various investment proposals from the point of economic viability.
• Participate in various committees / discussions involving financial matters.
• To finalize the rates for scrap disposal in consultation with Materials Manager.
• Handle Excise matters.
• Guide sub-ordinates and staff for smooth and efficient functioning of the department
