OPENING WITH WIPRO BPO for INVESTMENT BANKING OPERATIONS

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
1. Graduate or Post Graduate in Commerce/ Finance (B.Com/ M.Com/ MFM/MBA
Finance) - Preferably
2. Good relevant experience in OPERATIONS covering any one of the following
areas
• TRADE SETTLEMENTS
• COMMODITIES
• CUSTODIAN BANKING
• SECURITIES OPERATIONS
• MONEY MARKET
• BONDS
• EQUITIES
• FIXED INCOME
• FOREIGN EXCHANGE(FOREX/FX)
• DERIVATIVES

3. Knowledge of US domestic settlement procedures would be an added advantage
4. Present/Previous Experience in a BPO or Transaction processing business would be preferable.
5. Present/Previous Experience in handling a team would be an advantage.
6. Good Communication skills.
7. Good interpersonal skills.
8. Good analytical skills.
9. Aptitude for understanding technology
10. Independent decision making
