1> Senior SAP ABAP /Junior SAP ABAP
Brief Job Outline:
The consultant will primarily work on following activities:
• The consultant will play a lead role as Sr. ABAP consultant and lead a team of ABAP developers and will primarily work on ABAP development, Customization, Enhancements, new Development, Production support and Bug fixing.
• Ensure that support calls are prioritized and solved according to SLA targets
• Interact with Customer in identifying and resolving the production issues
• Should actively participate in KT activities and understand the client requirement and issue handling process.
• knowledge transfer to other members of the team
• Responsible for understanding the development scope and interface requirements to be supported and provide on going support to the client.
• Assist Project lead in preparing Production Support plan and transition plan.
• Provide accurate estimate of work involved when required.
• Escalate and report progress of major.
Exp : - Relevant level of exp for senior resource -4-6 years (minimum 3 full end to end life cycle implementation)
Relevant level of exp for senior resource -2.5-4 years (minimum 1 full end to end life cycle implementation)

1> Senior SAP FICO /Junior SAP FICO
Brief Job Outline:
The consultant will primarily work on following activities:
• Will primarily provide application support to client SAP landscape.
• Responsible for handling application related support activities. Work on Production support, issue handling, configuration and Bug fixing.
• Provide functional support for changes, enhancements, new developments and interfaces to the development team
• Assist Project lead in preparing Production Support plan and transition plan.
• Responsible for understanding the Application scope and interface requirements to be supported and provide on going support to the client.
• Should actively participate in KT activities and understand the client business process.
• knowledge transfer to other members of the team
• Interact with Customer in identifying and resolving the production issues

2> Senior SAP FICO /Junior SAP FICO
Role: Sr. SAP BASIS Consultant /Jr. SAP BASIS Consultant ( will depend on the relevant years of exp )(1 resource)
Brief Job Outline:
The consultant will primarily work on following activities:
• The consultant will be a lead Basis consultant
• The consultant will primarily support SAP landscape, Provide BASIS Production support to Client.
• Interact with Customer in identifying and resolving the production issues
• Provide BASIS production support to client for multiple locations at different time line from offshore.
• Will be responsible for: Basis/Security administration for SAP applications, Performance Tuning, Application Monitoring, Transports, Profile maintenance, Job Monitoring, Creation of OSS users, OSS Message Creation, Archiving, Client copy, Support packs, Kernel Upgrade, SAINT (Applying Plug ins).
• DB Maintenance, SAP system Downtime Maintenance, Upgrade
• Will be preparing periodic reports need by the client and monitor the BASIS support activities.
• Ensure that support calls are prioritized and solved according to SLA targets
• Should actively participate in KT activities and understand the client requirement and issue handling process.
• knowledge transfer to other members of the team
• Provide accurate estimate of work involved when required.
• Escalate and report progress of major incidents/issues to reporting manager.
Exp : - Relevant level of exp should be between 3-6 years
Job Location : Chennai
3> Senior SAP batch Support Consultant
Role :- S/W developer or Sr S/W developer( depending on the exp level)
Brief Job Outline:
• Good understanding and experience in SAP Batch processes flow and methodology
• Should have handled and supported flow of various inbound and outbound interfaces/batch process within and outside SAP framework
• Knowledge of SAP Functional (FI/CO – Module configuration, batch controls)
• SAP Basis with ABAP (Scripts) strength is an added advantage
• Technical and functional error handling (Fallout, security)Experience in Production support (Batch monitoring and issue resolution)
• Strong communication skills with quick understanding of process gaps to map "As-IS & To-Be" study and independently handle the batch support activities,
Exp : - Relevant level of exp should be between 3-6 years
