JOB SPECIFICATION

Essential:

 BE/ME/MTECH/MCA - any discipline
 Experience - more than 3 years in Development Life Cycle
 Good appreciation for Metrics (QPPP) and statistical analysis and interpretation of data.
 Good appreciation for Quality Models/Standards like ISO,CMMI, SOX, ITIL, AS9100, Aerospace standards ( Ex; DO 178B; DO254)
 Experience in auditing, following PSP/TSP principles will be an advantage


Behavioral Skills:

 Certified Quality/Testing Analyst, GreenBelt Certified
 Aptitude towards learning
 Should be able to contribute individually and able to work as a team member
 Able to take initiative and drive the teams.
 Good communication and negotiation skills
