Designation: Manager-Finance
Experience: 2 – 7 years

Administering, maintenance and finalization of books of accounts, payroll account etc

Analyzing and reviewing various ledgers and reconciliation statements for analyzing the accuracy of books of accounts.

Performing analytical review of financial statements.
![*]()
Preparing and finalizing Statutory audits as well as IFRS audit (International Financial Reporting Standards) with auditors
![*]()
Filing of ETDS, ESI, PF, P.Tax and various Forms, Returns etc. as required under various Statutes.
![*]()
Ensuring compliance with all Statutory and Regulatory requirements.
![*]()
Annual filing of accounts and Form 52 with the Registrar of Companies & e-filing of Income Tax Return.

Interaction with Corporate Head Office in Canada.
![*]()
Interaction with STP (Software Technology Park) and Banking Authorities.
