Job Description: Position : Cluster Head Manager Position Purpose: Sales and Distribution – Corporate Sales Locations: New Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Calcutta, Mumbai, Pune Reporting to: Head – Corporate Sales Span of Control (Geog & Nos of Reportees): Shall manage a territory. Corporate Relationship Managers, Associate Center Managers', and Business Development Executive. Specific Responsibilities: • Tie-up with Corporate's on distribution of Reliance Capital Financial Products such as General Insurance, Life Insurance, Mutual Fund, Gold, Foreign Exchange and Trading Account. • Shall be a Key Relationship Manager and single point of contact towards client service. • Enhance relationship value - improve sales through corporate tie-ups • Ensure that there is standard and uniform sales pitch. • Over all responsibility to handle 4 to 5 Corporate Relationship Manager and the team below them. • The candidate as a relationship manager, will take care of activities like Sales Targets, Sales patterns in the market, Market & industry analysis. . • Exposure to distribution of Third Party Products such as distribution of Mutual Fund, General Insurance, Life Insurance and Trading related products. Key Performance Indicators:- • Eye for detail • Good Man Management Skills Education:- • MBA Graduate in Sales & Marketing Experience :-• 5 – 7 years preferably in financial services industry. Personality :- • A pleasant candidate Male or Female.
