JOB DESCRIPTION
Position title: Zonal Accountant
Location: Mumbai/ Delhi / Chennai
Department: Finance & Accounts
Organizational relationships
Reports to: VP - Finance
Supervises: Branch Accountants
Coordinates with: Regional Accountants and Cluster Accountants
Key responsibilities
Handling operations of the branches.
30 to 40 Branch Accountants reporting to him.
Open for traveling. As he / she will be visiting the branches.
Involve in Training Sessions for the Branch Accountants.
Handling Franchisee Audits and Distribution Audits
Over All knowledge on Taxation , Audit and Compliance is mandatory

Confident & Assertive
Good Communications
Good relationship management skills
Team Player
Role Specific Competencies:
Aggressive
Negotiation Skills
Customer Orientation
Ability to manage teams & Maturity
Product and good market knowledge
Formal Qualifications / Prior Work Ex
Can be from retail sales in Banking / Insurance sectors /mutual fund or Securities broking firms, Private Sector/ MNC Banks.
Graduate / MBA /CA is a Must with 5 – 7 Yrs of work experience with Financial Services.
