Position Title: Manager-Treasury
Business / Department: Finance

Key Accountabilities:
1. Raising Resources for the Company at Competitive Rates.
2. Build and maintain excellent relationship with Banks, Mutual Funds and Financial Intermediaries.
3. Funds Management.
4. Financial Risk Management

Job Duties & Responsibilities
1. Preparation of Cashflows and Funding Plan.
2. Raising Resources from Mutual Funds through issue of Short Term and Long Term Rated Instruments.
3. Arranging Working Capital from Banks.
4. Negotiate with Investors for Bilateral Sale of Receivables.
5. Preparation of ALM Reports for monthly ALCO meet.
6. Monitor Liquidity Risk, Interest Rate Risk and Currency Risk.
7. Build and Maintain Relationship with Banks, Mutual Funds and Financial Intermediaries.
8. Explore Cost Reduction Opportunities through Derivative structures.
9. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures in Treasury.
10. Good Cross Functional interaction for Treasury related activities.

Job Location:
Chennai

Experience
7 to 8 years experience in Treasury Function preferably in an NBFC

Education / Preferred Qualifications
Core Competencies
• MBA / ICWA / CA
• Good Negotiating and Interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Treasury Operation

Technical Competencies
Good Understanding and hands on experience in Debt Market and Forex market.
