Location: Trivendrum
Basic Purpose
- Project manage SAP projects.
- Responsible for functional, technical and basis deliverables of the project
- Manage client expectations and work with onsite & remote teams to manage delivery of such engagements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Solution Architecture
- Provide project management support in a client delivery role.
- Manage Collabera functional, technical, and basis team.
- Understand client specific requirements and create Solutions.
- Handle Client interactions independently.
- Evaluate solution options and make recommendations to clients.
- Responsible for resource allocation, project deliverables and committed margins.
- Review plans, architecture and strategies.
- Ensure contract compliance, change management, and cost control for the project
- Responsible for project reporting to client and Collabera management
- Manage and supervise the delivery and be the first point of contact for any client escalation.
Essential Education, Skills, and Environment
Education and Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with MBA preferably;
- 8 to 10 years of experience in delivering SAP projects (Implementation / upgrade / support) in a GDM environment, with at least 3 years of SAP project management (PM) responsibilities
- Experience in at least 3 implementation projects, with being PM in 1 implementation project
- Functional background with consulting experience preferred.
- Experience in delivering SAP projects.
- Experience in managing functional, technical and basis teams.
- Experience in solution definition, and client presentation.
- Have excellent knowledge of SAP landscape and footprint.
- Strong business communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills
Possess excellent communication, listening and presentation skills, extremely enthusiastic, motivated, entrepreneurial and aggressive, diligent follow-up skills, flexibility, willingness to work in an unstructured environment, openness, less control, ability to work within a culturally diverse environment.
