Brief about the Team
• Providing leadership/ mentoring for team
• Demonstrate creativity & thought leadership
• Act as trusted adviser to the customer
• Understand client requirement and assist in getting additional business from the client
• Independently plan and handle process workshops with the customer
• Manage customer expectations and avoid any escalations.
• Manage and effectively handle escalations on projects
• Should be able to manage and demonstrate capability to handle concurrent task.
• Operates autonomously and receives management direction as appropriate.
Skills Set Requirements
• Mandatory
Desired /Nice to have Mandatory
• ERP FICO
• Excellent Communication skills
• Demonstrated capability as a team lead in Medium to large projects.
Secondary Skills
• Experience of Global projects
• Academic Qualifications/ Other Requirements
Primary Qualification: Engineering Graduate or Charted Account
Secondary Qualification: Post Graduate in Business Management or Computer Application
• Work Experience (please mention no of years & desired role) Minimum 8-12 yrs IT years total experience with 6 years of SAP experience out which 2 to 3 Years in FICO area.
Must have worked for Large organizations or on large complex projects
