Requirment:
Educational Background: CA/ICWA
Exp Required: Post qualification at least 6 yrs in accounts domain
Working hour: US shift
Important: Candidate should be ready to join within 1 month

JD:
MANAGER – OPERATIONS
Ø Day to day activities as per laid down procedures
Ø Single point of contact for client escalation/Query Resolution.
Ø Functions associated with monthly, quarterly and yearly financial closing and reconciliations
Ø Oversees the maintenance of departmental records and the generation and balancing of transaction reports
Ø Coordinates with other functions to ensure effective and efficient operations and resolve issues that may occur
Ø Assists management in the development of accounting and other financial policies
Ø Facilitate in early response to inquiries from clients, vendors and other outside parties
Ø Interacts with internal and external auditors and facilitate in providing information and access to accounting records as required
Ø Assist in timely completion of Audit Comments
Ø Share best practice within the organization or client for process and efficiency improvement.
Qualification
CA / ICWAI Graduates
6+ years of related work experience in core accounting (3 – 5 years in supervisory role).
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, vendors.
Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Basic MS-Office knowledge with strong WinWord and Excel spreadsheet skills. SAP Financials skills a plus
