Job Description:-

Reports To
CFO
Job Purpose
Responsible for streamlining the Accounts function in the organisation.

Principal Accountabilities
















Maintaining Cash & Funds Flow (inflow & Outflow) records on daily basis.
Maintaining Bank reconciliation on daily basis
Ensuring TDS compliance on all the payments Performing Inter branch reconciliation of accounts.
Keeping Record & ensuring accuracy in statutory related records like Service Tax Credit, Vat records etc,
Return Filing for Sales Tax, Service Tax, TDS & other statutory matters.
Maintaining Current Assets & Current Asset Schedules
Checking control points OFA & Book closure activity
Coordinating with materials for Inventory Clearing Accounts
Analysing profitability of one of business line Business Finding out deviations in contractual margin.
Creditors, Advances analysis for the line of Business
Structuring accounts under proper account heads, structuring coding system, reviewing general ledger transfer from one system to another (Tally/Oracle base to ERP based).
Responsible for MIS reports.


Education
CA with Post Qualification Exp



Skills / Abilities
Retail/FMCG domain exposure preferable.
Company related exposure & Business finance accounting process knowledge
Report analysis and generation.
People handling Exposure


Personal Characteristics
Confidence, enthusiasm and determination to succeed

Ability to work under pressure & managing crisis & aggressive in meeting tgts.

Planning & organization.

Skill sets to interact with internal team members
