Spearhead assignments of multiple client engagement teams,
Performing valuations for management planning; mergers and acquisitions; tax and financial reporting; share holder disputes, tangible and intangible and growth and for regulators.
Identify issues and propose strategies related to the procedures executed.
Actively contribute to report generation and detailed financial modeling.
Maintain positive, productive, and professional relationships with client personnel and colleagues
The Ideal candidate would be a CA with 4-10 years of experience in valuations, restructuring for regulators.
