1. Manager – Finance (Payroll)
Experience: 4+ years Post Qual required
Detail Job Description:
a. Supervision for Payroll Accounting /Allowance processing for deputed employees
b. Full & Final settlement (FFS) and foreign tour settlement.
c. US GAAP and IGAAP General Ledger closure for Payroll & Audit areas
d. Audit coordination in relevant areas.
e. Knowledge of Fringe Benefit Tax (FBT) and other Tax, Statutory compliances for payroll.
f. Possess good knowledge on Fixed Assets and Account Payable function.
g. Excellent Communication with good knowledge in Excel.
2.Manager Finance – Account Receivable
Experience: 5+ years Post Qual required
Qualification: Chartered Accountant
Detail Job Description:
a. Managing the overall Billing and Account Receivable of IT business of India
b. Enhancing the system and internal control procedures
c. Managing timely Invoice generation
d. Managing collections from the customers
e. Managing the closing entries in financials on a monthly basis
f. Preparing and providing various MIS reports
g. Managing RBI / FEMA and Softex regulations
h. Ensuring compliance related to service tax, withholding tax, etc
i. Managing audit and taxation queries related to AR / Billing
