KEY RESULT AREA : Smooth functioning of FSSC and TCI from a business and sustain perspective


RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage Sustain of all TCI GM Systems and Applications (EAS & PR)·

Manage TCI Business Services IT Operational Issues· Ensure Access/Systems Controls & Compliance/Audit support for TCI·

Drive Business Process Improvement in TCI and manage Change control (including CAB) process·

Manage Sustain of GMI SAP instance for TCI·

Manage Sustain of all FSSC GM Finance Systems and Applications (Review and reporting)·

IS & S Approvals related to GM Finance Systems, Tools, Applications, Database, Workflows·

Manage FSSC Business Services IT Operational Issues (Incidents and Troubleshoots)·

Ensure Access/Systems Controls & Compliance/Audit support for FSSC·

Drive Business Process Improvement in Financial Shared Services and manage Change control (including CAB) processes·

BCP DRP process for FSSC·

Reviewing SAP/Global Systems project status of vendor taskso

Reporting project status to Business and IS&S project management and senior executiveso

Facilitation of requirements gathering sessions at deployment siteso

Managing of vendor and business testing activitieso

Providing expertise of GM's SDP-21 system development processo

Reviewing and approving of vendor SDP-21 deliverableso

Creation of SDP-21 deliverableso

Strong project management skillso

Strong SDP-21 knowledgeo

Strong communication to both technical and business teams·

Sound knowledge of SOX controlls

· Experience with SAP

· Basic experience with financial processes and taxation
