Qualifications Incumbent should be an engineering graduate/ any post graduate


Experience The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience

Desired Profile
a) Past experience in process reengineering or large scale project management/implementations.
b) Certified Six Sigma Blackbelt a plus and expertise with statistical analyses, decision analyses and six sigma tools and methodologies
c) Expertise and comfort in document creation, training and rollout support of application and process changes.

Location Bangalore

Job Responsibilities KRAs would include:
Identifying key business processes; developing standards, protocols and tools to ensure scalability; developing metrics to measure effectiveness and efficiency of these processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and functioning as the key liaison with various offices and functional groups in implementing processes and process improvements.

Role Descriptions The BPM will be instrumental in creating a scalable service operation in a fast-growing organization which considers quality (of products, processes and people) as its key differentiator. To succeed you will need to be a strong analytical problem solver and communicator, who thrive on interpersonal challenges. You will be the bridge between the various functional groups in the company that including finance, manufacturing, software development, sales, administration and will need to feel equally at home communicating across the organization. You will also need both a deep understanding of organizational goals, requirements and constraints and the attention to detail required for documenting processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Key Responsibilities Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
a) Rapidly learn current business processes, requirements and constraints to develop vision for optimal business processes
b) Identify opportunities for standardization/centralization and use of tools or technology
c) Achieve measurable performance improvements in a geographically dispersed service operation by spearheading the execution of the business processes
d) Do data-driven analysis and prioritization of complex operational tradeoffs -for e.g. quality vs. response time, dispersed process controls vs. cost efficiency
e) Provide input to executive team on process or organizational issues that may create constraints for growth
