Position: Assistant Manager â€" Migration & Quality Control(Looking for Core Transition)

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Transition management with focus on coordinating and facilitating migration of business processes from onshore to offshore and internal within offshore centers along with knowledge transfer, quality control measures, matrices and service level requirements for successful implementations, and ongoing quality control management. The incumbent to work effectively both in team setting and independently, and in collaboration with other team members and operations to understand business processes, collaborate, and coordinate with the technical team. Responsible for co-ordination with Transition Manager in implementing business processes with appropriate documentation, and providing quality control and training support for an effective implementation and on going operations management.
JOB DESCRIPTION
ï€ Acts as a Single point of contact for the respective branch for the Transition Manager and onshore operations during process migration
ï€ Process Mapping (As-Is and To-Be), knowledge extraction and SOP drafting
ï€ Support User Acceptance Testing, Knowledge transfer, Training and Quality Control plans
ï€ Focal point for Process Change and Quality Control updates
ï€ Actively involve in Solution designing, progress tracking, Reporting & Communication Management
ï€ Identify and manage risks during transition
ï€ Build relationship with the counterpart and onshore operations
ï€ Works with Transition manager and the Counterpart to understand the business requirement
ï€ Facilitates Transition manager in implementing the project plan and monitoring the execution of processes for the entire branch
ï€ Work with Transition Manager in establishing appropriate processes, procedures, and controls for effective process transitions
ï€ Interacts with the support groups (HR, training, Six Sigma, BPM, MIS)
ï€ Works with the transition manager in removing obstacles if any to process migration
ï€ Effectively uses the tools and templates for process migration and ongoing quality control mechanism
ï€ Responsible for quality control mechanism of processes
ï€ Works proactively with the Operations to identify opportunities for process improvement
ï€ Well versed with Transition Project deliverables including Process documentation and Due Diligence
QUALIFICATIONS
ï€ Bachelor’s degree in technical or business disciplines with relevant business experience
ï€ 5-6 years of professional experience with 3-4 years of financial services / mortgage industry in a BPO environment
ï€ A minimum of 3-4 onsite process transition experience
ï€ Process Mapping, developing Operational procedure and training documentation
ï€ Strong focus on quality control
ï€ Global team Building skills
ï€ Ability to handle multiple projects with stringent deadlines
ï€ Excellent Client Management Skills
ï€ Good knowledge of operational processes and procedures
ï€ Good communication & interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
ï€ Good conceptual and analytical skills
ï€ Good people & client management skills
ï€ Good project & time management skills
ï€ Ability to travel as and when required both international and domestic
ï€ Ability to support organization goals and priorities
ï€ Six Sigma Green Belt certification
ï€ Project management, Process Re-engineering, Business Process Improvement experience required
ï€ Experience in running the PMO
ï€ Well versed with technology and infrastructure Set up
ï€ Well versed with scoping, Solution designing, Change Management & Risk Management
