Prefer industry- IT / ITES / BPO

Job Requirement:

* Accounting (Indian GAAP) good to know IFRS
* Budgeting & MIS, Compliances (Statutory, Tax {direct & Indirect}, etc.),
* Financial and Operational Controls
* ERP & IT systems integration,
* Servicing the various Internal customers within the organization

KRA:
* Responsible for the overall activities of the Finance function at Mumbai location including accounts payable/ receivable, revenue & asset accounting, payroll, treasury & fund management, cost analysis & control and Internal Audit.
* Ensuring that financial information is accurate and delivered on a timely basis.
* Ensuring that all the financial & statutory compliance responsibilities are adequately met.
* Implement adequate internal checks & control systems to monitor the business performance
* Providing leadership in financial decisions and managing implementation of improved processes in finance.
* Developing strong service level agreements with internal customers
* Leadership experience.(handling a team)
