• Design, develop, deliver and assist with the implementation of Human Capital advice and solutions which help enable clients to achieve their business objectives and reflect leading practices
• Develop company points of view and intellectual property reflecting the company’s accumulated experience in the Human Capital field
• Perform thought leadership work, help enable the creation of tools, techniques, methods and processes
• Lead proposal development for client engagements

KPMG in India has openings at the Senior Manager and Associate Director levels, the Associate Director level requires additional experience and skills.
For the Senior Manager position with KPMG in India requirements are:
• BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university and an MBA/PGDBM/PGDM (full time) in Human Resources or Industrial Relations from and accredited college/university
• Five years of advisory experience
• Experience in strategic HR, HR policy formulation and implementation, organizational structure, compensation policies and systems, PMS, statutory compliance, recruitment strategy, and grievance handling system
