CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
1. Graduate or Post Graduate in Commerce/ Finance (B.Com/ M.Com/ MFM/MBA
Finance) - Preferably
2. Good relevant experience in OPERATIONS[Back Office] covering any one of the following
areas

Investment Banking
Capital market
Trading
Bonds
Fixed Income
Asset Management
Mortgage
Funds
Stock
Securities
Settlement
Equity
Brokerage
Inventory
Commodities
Money market
Foreign Exchange
Derivatives
Euronext


3. Knowledge of US domestic settlement procedures would be an added advantage
4. Present/Previous Experience in a BPO or Transaction processing business would be preferable.
5. Present Experience in handling a team of 50+ would be an advantage.
6. Good Communication skills.
7. Good interpersonal skills.
8. Good analytical skills.
9. Aptitude for understanding technology
10. Independent decision making
11. Total year of Experience should be more than 8+ yrs.
