We are looking for a Regional Finance Managers, for our client a well known Telecom Media and Entertainment Firm for the operations in Bangalore.

Positions:
Regional Finance Mgr - Bangalore
Regional Finance Mgr - All India

Experience: 8-15 years

Qualifications: CA preferred

Responsibilities :

Preparation and monitoring of annual budgeting for the regional office
Setting up of internal control framework and finance and processes at the regional accounts office and monitoring the same
Managing day-to-day accounting operations and book-keeping at the regional office
Monitor cash collections, track and report the same on a regular basis
Ensuring monthly financials book closure and preparation of financial as well as operating MIS
All statutory compliances like company law matters, direct / indirect taxes, labour laws, other state specific / business administrative compliances
Coordinating internal and statutory audits for the regional office
Reporting business and financial performance of the regional office to the Head Office on a timely basis - carrying out analysis of cash flow, cost control etc. on a regular basis
Manage the payroll for the regional offices
Manage relationship with banks / financial institutions
Responsible for building and managing the accounting team at the regional office


Skills :
The candidate should lead and shoulder the responsibility of entire finance and accounting function, taxation and MIS.
Candidate must have a good academic record, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong analytical abilities and managerial skills and be computer proficient.

Location: Bangalore
Candidates for an the India role , should be willing to work for 3 months at time at othe locations such as Hyderabad , Indore , Vijaywada & Nellore.
