· 3+ years of experience
· An outstanding academic record, including a degree from a premier institution, preferably in Computer Science
· A sound understanding of computer systems, programming paradigms, and software engineering practices
Candidates should have at least one of the following:
· Outstanding knowledge of Core Java
· Expertise in J2EE, J2EE persistence technologies such as Hibernate, iBATIS, etc., and J2EE frameworks such as Struts, JSF, etc.
· Expertise in web technologies like JSP, JavaScript, DHTML, and AJAX
· Experience in building high-performance middleware in either C++ or Java, preferably in the Unix environment
· Expertise in Java and also experience in C# and the .NET platform
· Expertise in Perl
