Accounts Head (South) - Bata

Bata India Ltd, the largest retailer of branded shoes and accessories in India with the largest no. of retail outlets. For their operations of South, they are looking for a Head of Finance and Accounts. The detailed JD is given below:

Position: Manager – F&A

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 4-5 years (post Qualification)

Qualification: CA (Cleared in no later than 2nd attempt.). This is strictly applicable. Those who have passed CA in more attempts need not apply.

CTC: 6-8 lacs

Job Profile:
Handling total financial discipline of the Regional Office:
 Monitoring accounting and payment activities for the entire South Zone
 Preparation of yearly Budget and quarterly variance report.
 Preparation of monthly MIS report, BRS etc.
 Cash and Funds management.
 Handling of statutory payments including TDS, Service tax, PT etc.
 Handling of internal auditors and audit reports.
 Daily accounting of transactions including employee payments.
 Banking transactions relating to day-to-day affairs.
Debtors monitoring, monitoring supplier's payments.
