Qualification Graduate/Post graduate
Professional Qualification CA (Essential)/ICWA.,(Desirable)
Current Designation Asst. Manager/Manager
Reporting Manager VP-Finance
Shift General (9.30 am-6.30 PM)
Over all yrs of experience 6+ Years of Experience
Relevant yrs of experience 4 to 6 years of Post Qualification Experience
CTC Range Rs. 8.00- 9.00 Lacs

Job Responsibilities:

Essential Desirable
In-depth knowledge of Accounts
Payable experience.
Preparation of Monthly/Annual accounts for the Corporate
Strong in Financial reporting
Strong in Academics.
Prefer candidates with experience in Planning and MIS.
Development of Individual and team Skills through
Training/mentoring for effective Succession Planning.
Enable and Sign-off new process transitions; building teams for new processes
Assist in change management

Competencies and Skill Set:

Essential Desirable
Working Experience in SAP /Oracle environment is a must.
Advance excel skills is a must.
Very good written & spoken communication skills
Should have people management Skills & Leadership skills
Ability to handle recurring problems.
Excellent command over MS Office.
Willing to work extended hours
Should be willing to work under minimal supervision.
Must be result–oriented and dynamic.

Professional Skills:

Essential Desirable
Should have worked in a multi company, multi division environment.
Ability to ensure work quality and accuracy.
Very good attention to detail, analytical skills and logical reasoning.
Strong organizational skills including meeting deadlines.
