DETAILS OF OPEN POSITIONS :
Analyst / Senior Analyst :
1. Excellent Communication skills
2. Atleast 2 to 4 years of exerience in BPO Industry
3. Open to work in night shifts (US shift).
4. Knowledge on MS-Excel.
5. 5 to 8 years post qualification Experience (for Manager opening) and 9 to 12 years post qualification Experience (for Senior Manager opening)
Communication Skills - Should have excellent communication skills - written and oral - so that he or she can communicate very effectively with clients.
Shift Working - Should be flexible working in night shifts. It's a basic pre-requisite which can not be compromised.
