Excellent Requirement for Process manager(Finance & Accounts) Position with Reputed Global Company 01200904

Our client is an well known Global Wide Shipping Company, looking for Process Mangers(Finance & Accounts) for its ITES Sector

Job Title: Process Manager (Finance & Accounts)

Qualification only CA.


Type of experience required:

To manage the operations within Finance and Accounting (F&A) activities in the Global Shared Service Centers and contribute towards achieving maximum realization of the GSC potential within F&A processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Performance of the team to meet all agreed SLAs through KPI including
• Develop and maintain tools for monitoring of performance through KPI
Establish and appraise on staff personal critical success factors, address performance appraisals, recommend promotions, transfers, mentoring & coaching etc
• Keep updated of guidelines from Centre / location as well as other developments that may affect existing SOPs and ensure that GSC are in compliance with corporate guidelines
• Maintain adequate internal control and segregation of duties Lead and Motivate team
• Staff administration in the form of approval of leave planning, shift scheduling, maintaining overall compliance with staff policies
• Establish and maintain Training plans for staff under responsibility
• Ensure adequate staffing in accordance with migration plans in co-ordination with project management i.e. recruitment to meet migration plans and handling exits in accordance to company policy
• Develop second-line support in all critical areas
• Drive ongoing analysis and improvement of GSC F&A processes
• Encourage best practice sharing among clients, other GSC and promote standardization
• In connection with the GSC migrations, identify areas for Service Delivery improvement towards CB customers, and give recommendations hereon to responsible parties in CB in co-ordination with the Project Manager
• Ensure that all major risks are identified, documented and appropriately dealt with.
Reinforce APM-M Group culture, values and reputation and ensure compliance with APM-M Group and CB policies
Desired Candidate Profile
• Sound knowledge in Finance & Accounting (7+ yrs experience)
• High level of computer skills with a variety of complex applications
• Analytical & Problem Solving ability for trouble shooting
• Planning and plan execution ability
• People management skills

Relevant Experience 4-8 years in F & A Process.(i.e. from ITES industry)
