Position:Finance Manager
Responsibilities
Responsible for the day to day Finance including AP, Employee expense payments, Fixed asset management, STP compliance and General Ledger maintaince supporting the activities of the financial staff from outside service providers.
Preparation and Finalization of Financial Statements, Cash Flows as per INDIAN GAAP and applicable accounting standards in SAP environment.
Co-ordination with Statutory Auditors and ensuring smooth audit till finalization both statutory and Tax audits.
Support in ensuring statutory compliance with Companies Act , Income Tax Act, Sales Tax Act, Value Added Tax Act, Service Tax Act and other allied statutory acts (i.e. Provident Fund, E.S.I etc)
Critical Evaluation of day-to-day Business Operations and Coordination with other Core Departments & Parent company for smooth functioning of organization
To ensure compliance with fiscal laws, accounting standard and corporate Policies.
Co-ordination with Internal auditor and compliance of internal control procedure &
systems and Segregation of Duties
Identify areas for process improvements, recommend solutions.
May perform other duties as required, participate in cross functional teams.
Manages and develops systems and processes in partnership with operations to ensure financial integrity.
Working with corporate staff to ensure proper communication, implementation of initiatives, Manages and directs the activities of the financial staff.
Administers company policies that directly affect subordinate employees.
Business partner interacting with senior level management on complex issues associated with developing, implementing and interpreting policy.
Preferred
Exposure to Tax, Legal and SOX requirements
Exposure in BPO industry activities
Job Location:Bangalore
Education Qualification:
CA/CPA/MBA from reputed school with 5 to 8 years of experience,
(Exceptional semi qualified with good background and rich experience will be exception)
