Designation: -    Consultant / Sr. Consultant
Qualification: -    Any Graduate
Experience: -       Minimum 1yr
Location: -            Mumbai (Chembur)

 

 
Role of Consultant
 
·       Managing leadership level recruitments i.e. middle / Sr. level management.
·       Understanding / Analyzing the client requirement
·       Profile search through database, headhunting, networking and industry mapping.
·       Screening candidates through profile analysis, telephonic interview and personal interview.
·       Engaging candidates on behalf of the clients
·       Assisting clients in the interview process
·       Updating the existing database through networking.
·       Ensuring client satisfaction at all levels.
