Roles and Responsibilities
•Proven experience in managing projects with a good blend of offshore and onsite based customer facing roles
•Good understanding of applications transition activities
•Ability to manage application transitions consisting of one or more service lines
•Strong leadership skills ability to drive the team to achieve project timelines and manage change and risks associated with the application transition program
•Good communication, client interaction and relationship management skills
•Ability to articulate solutions, conduct presentations and discussions with senior management from the customer side
•Willingness to travel and stay overseas for the required period
•High energy levels and ability to work closely with internal teams and drive various internal teams practice, delivery, service lines and Resourcing teams
