Job Description DSRC welcomes applications from fresh graduates with a BE/MCA/MSc degree (Computer Science or IT) for enrolment into its Entry Level Training Programme (ELTP). Students who are from the 2005 batch only need apply. DSRC has a massive initiative to recruit exceptionally deserving graduates from college and put them through a rigorous training programme for 6 months which trains them in industry tools and technologies, SDLC processes and methodologies and provides an orientation to Software Quality Processes. The training also includes first project experience for two months. This initiative is aimed to address the acute shortage the Indian IT outsourcing industry is facing to find qualified IT professionals who can contribute to the project from day one. This programme is at present offered in IBM Mainframe, Microsoft .Net, Oracle Applications and Web Technologies.
