Our Client, one of the largest Telecommunication Infrastructure Company – Indus Towers (formerly known as Bharti Infratel) is looking for Candidates for the post of Senior Manager / Manager for Billing & AR in charge.
Indus Towers is a joint venture between Bharti Infratel, Idea and Vodafone. Nationwide infrastructure has already made Indus. .. The world’s largest Tower Company.
Indus provides passive telecom infrastructure services on non discriminatory basis to all telecom service providers in India . Bharti, Vodafone and Idea will merge their existing passive infrastructure assets in 16 (13 merged Circle for Indus) telecom circles in India .
They will have around 70,000 sites that will undertake a significant rollout of telecom infrastructure to enable accelerated expansion of coverage and helping Indian Telecom Operators to meet their teledensity targets.
Position: Senior Manager / Manager – Billing & Account Receivable
Job Location- Gurgaon
Experience- Minimum 10+ yrs
Preferences: Candidates having experience in Telecom Industry will be given preference.
Qualification- CA / MBA / ICWA
JOB DESCIPTION-
To Own & lead the billing process for Infratel Business, in order to develop and implement processes for timely, accurate and comprehensive bill generation for all the tenancies leased to its customers and facilitate timely realization of revenue and building customer confidence.
- To generate and submit accurate monthly bill – operator wise / circle wise
- To coordinate with various departments for obtaining accurate billing data
- To help the collection department in resolving queries from the customer so that the amount is collected in a fast and efficient manner
- To analyze the fluctuations in the revenue figures on a month on month basis
- To account for all the bills generated in the Financial System
- To plug all the possible revenue leakages and ensure correct and accurate billing
- knowledge of excel, access, oracle is mandatory
- experience in the field of bill generation/resolving queries with the customers
Essentials
- Strong communication skills
- Very good analytical skills
- Must be/have been a part of the Revenue Assurance Team
- Telecom background, desirable, but not must
- Should be self-motivated team leader with the ability to work under their own initiative
- Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Candidate should be able to communicate at all levels and have a flexible working approach
