Job Description:
61558; Responsible for Statutory audit plan finalization.
61558; Finalization of yearly audit schedule in consultation with regional accounts head
61558; Implementation of audit schedule.
61558; Liaison with statutory auditors.
61558; Monthly review with internal auditors.
61558; Timely completion of statutory audit in co-ordination with regional accounts head.
61558; Strengthen the process of internal audit in regions.
61558; Meeting the information need of internal audit committee.
61558; Training needs analysis of finance functionaries of regions in consultation with regions and to conduct / organize training program in consultation with HR.
61558; Communicate the decisions effectively across the finance team.
61558; Ensure that the relevant statutes are complied in spirit.
61558; Assign goals, monitor and review the performance of the personnel working under him.
61558; Implement the corporate financial directives across the company.
61558; Escalate issues to the management which require management attention.
Profile description:
61558; Qualified CA.
61558; 8+ years of post qualification experience in large multi location organization with a decentralized organization structure preferably in a FMCG or high volume transaction oriented organization.
61558; Excellent Communication and Human relation skills.
61558; Moderate product and process knowledge
