F&A Sr. Manager opening with Leading ITES company

Details about the position:

Position: Sr. Mgr F&A
Location: Hyderabad

Requisites:

- General Ledger Experience
- CA or Non CA (Inter)
- Willing to work in Night Shifts
- Should have handled teams
- Worked / Working on F & A Process
- Experience from BPO’s Only

Responsibilities:

- End-to-end operational management for the complete accountingThis includes a review of all the
- Annual/ Quarterly Budgets for these entities,
- P&L analysis and Balance sheet review every quarter,
- Ensuring proper accounting of transactions as per UK/ US GAAP and applicable GE policies
- Reports that are submitted as part of SEC submissions/ management reporting.
-Identification/ discussion and resolution on potential compliance/ tax issues and reporting of numbers, working closely with the US/ UK based Controllers and tax managers for these entities on a day-to-day basis.
- Lead manager for preparation and coordination for audit of these set of 25 odd entities with the global statutory auditors – KPMG on an annual basis
- Leading a team of 29 talented members, guiding them on solutions to issues, managing and mentoring the team to keep them team engaged and motivated.
- Driving process improvements to standardize the work, to make it more structured and efficient
- Continually looking at new areas of growth/ development to increase the business for the organization
