Position : Manager Finance

Location : Navi Mumbai

Criteria:
Qualified CA with 5-8 yrs of exp from Mfgr Industry
Strong in accounting principles & preparing various MIS reports.
Will be responsible for :-
•Overall Supervision of Accounts of the Business Unit Budgeting, Forecasting, Costing, MIS Reporting, Control of Finance, Payables & Receivables
•Management and Dealing with banks. To report to Singapore at the beginning of every month about the monthly performance of the business and to be responsible for the Hyperion Reporting wherein the scores o the businesses in different locations are evaluated on the basis of the report presented .
•To achieve automation of vendor payment and its on time payment .To ensure timely discharge of TDS related Liabilities .To ensure reconciliation of creditors statements
Job-Profile :-
•Supervision, Finalization & Consolidation of Books of Accounts./ Financial Statements Budgeting & MIS
•Formulating budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected figures & actual expenditure and implementing corrective actions.
•Preparing MIS statements and the financial details reporting for control purpose & board meetings presentation
•MIS reporting of company data to Singapore & Local management
•Analysing the financials & making sure that the proper reasons for variances between actual financials and the latest estimates are documented & reported to the India management
•Driving Cost control both Direct and Indirect costs & driving efficiencies by timely reporting to Management on various line efficiencies on a monthly basis
•Making the monthly business measures of the Company on various parameters of the Company from the sales volumes to marketing, direct costs & profit centre wise reporting.
Taxation & Audit
•Liaison with the Internal & External auditors & reporting to the management on the progress on the audit recommendations in the Units.
•Co-ordinating & liasioning with the Tax Consultant for Ensuring timely filing of returns such as Direct & Indirect Taxation as per the relevant acts
•Continuous monitoring of statutory payments & taxes,Computation of advance tax
•Interfacing with Auditors-Statutory and Internal auditors and providing them with all necessary documents for the audit process
