"Mainframes TL" required for a CMMI Level5 Company

Following is the requirement we have for Mainframes TL

1.Requires a minimum of six years in software development and programming experience in mainframe and distributed environments.
2 Knowledge of programming language in distribute environment such as, Java, Unix scripting (Kornshell, perl, etc.) in additional to batch and visual basic in the Wintel environment.
3 Knowledge of shell scripting, C, and Perl programming languages.
