Transition Managers HRO/Procurement/F&A
• Lead & drive customer transitions projects
• Develop multi level relationships with client & Wipro team members to ensure project delivery goals are met as planned
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering project cost, schedule and quality objectives
• Effectively identify, manage, resolve and mitigate key risks and issues impacting the project delivery
• Ensure the transition methodology is well understood and adhered to
• Lead / participate in opportunity analysis / due diligence of potential projects
• Help in new bids solutioning / RFP responses
• Proactively identify new opportunities to increase revenues / improve processes for customers
Experience:
• At least 8+ years of overall experience, with 3-5 years of experience in BPO industry
• 2 years experience in HRO/F&A/Procurement essential ( experience of one complete transition cycle in HRO/F&A/Procurement )
• 2+ years in transitions/ consulting desirable
