Job Description

The AP team supports the North America towers of - Corporate Accounts Payable for processing of requests pertaining vendor maintenance activities as follows :

 

1) To setup the vendor on verification of document received.

2) Understanding of tax and legislation of different countries.

3) Eye for details to detect and prevent fraud.

 

As a team member in Corporate Accounts Payable, you will verify and process vendor documents after critical checks and rules. You will be responsible for decision making about the handling of various types of documents. You will focus on performance to meet expected levels in terms of daily quantity and quality standards of work. You will also comply with set guidelines, procedures, rules and regulations; work as a team to achieve SLA's for the process and individual targets; and work towards process improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Graduates with atleast 2 years of experience. (Fresh Graduates may also be considered)
• Experience candidates who have serviced US based customer in the past will be preferred
• Good Communication skills
• Problem solving ability with anyaltical mind to research and resolve issues.
• Ability to understand / implement system / procedure / policy changes.
