o Experience 6-9 years post qualification exp in Project or Program Management for financial modules, primarily in SAP ERP Industry.

Key Knowledge and Skills

• Experience in financial process engineering and improvement initiatives. Overall good grounding in Finance
• Strong knowledge and application of accounting skills, especially in the areas of Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) – Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inter company and Cash Management
• Strong Solution Engineering Skills - Ability to define complex business problems, convert into solutions and fit into the overall finance system architecture
• Must be system oriented & have an interest/ aptitude for developing skills in new applications.
• Demonstrated customer orientation and sense of urgency to all deliverables.
• Understanding of Change Management Process
• Thorough understanding of Quality Processes, used for managing projects and programs
• Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal), Self starter with strong problem solving and analytical skills, Team player.

• Providing the ERP product, process and project management expertise to consult, develop and deliver solutions that meet our internal customer's present and future business needs.
• Process management and solution investment benchmarking & recommendations;
• Project management comprising business requirements analysis, functional solution design, partnering with IT teams for solution development, testing and solutions deployment.
• Ensure effective management of change associated with ERP financial process changes – including enhancements and fixes.
