ESSENTIAL DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

* Team management

* Core Accounting Skills

* Competence in Reviewing Reconciliations

* Ensure timely and accurate Month close activities

* Producing reports

* Team Metrics reporting

* Identify process issues and proactively work with relevant groups to resolve

* Compliance activities

* Maintain Internal Customer relationships

Required Skills:

Education:

• Graduate degree in Commerce with Inter CA/ICWA

Knowledge and Skills:

* Bachelors Degree in Finance/Commerce/Business or Accounting

* Additional professional qualification.

* Written and spoken fluency in English

* Computer literate with working excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

* Experience in SAP or other large Accounting software

* Experience in leading accounting service groups for large global organizations

* Staff management experience

* Good interpersonal skills, good verbal and written communication skills.

* Willingness to work on any shifts, if the job requires at a later date.

* A reasonable amount of overtime will be required during peak reporting season.

* Flexible and ability to adapt to change

 

EXPERIENCE:

·         6 yrs of overall experience

·         2 yrs of people management experience

·         Relevant experience (General Ledger) of min 2.5 yrs.
